1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of market stall rental provided by Crafty Cow Collective Ltd, registered in England and Wales.By booking a stall, traders agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Stall Booking and Payments

All bookings must be made through the official Crafty Cow Collective Ltd website or authorized representatives.Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the stall.Payments are non-refundable except as described in the cancellation policy.

3. Stall Allocation

Stalls will be allocated by Crafty Cow Collective Ltd based on product type and availability.Traders will not be allowed to sublet or share a stall without prior written approval from Crafty Cow Collective Ltd.

4. Products and Merchandise

Traders are responsible for ensuring that all goods sold are legal, safely manufactured, and appropriately labeled.The sale of counterfeit or pirated goods is strictly prohibited.Crafty Cow Collective Ltd reserves the right to remove any items deemed unsuitable or offensive.

5. Stall Presentation and Conduct

Traders must keep their stall clean and tidy and must not encroach on pathways or neighbouring stalls.Traders are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, respecting fellow traders, market staff, and visitors.

6. Insurance and Liability

Traders must hold valid public liability insurance covering at least £1 million.Crafty Cow Collective Ltd is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal goods or merchandise.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations by traders must be made at least 14 days before the market date to receive a 25% refund.No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the market date.Crafty Cow Collective Ltd reserves the right to cancel markets due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be issued or bookings will be transferred to a subsequent market date, at the trader’s option.

8. Compliance with Laws

Traders are responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.Traders must ensure all electrical equipment is PAT tested and certified safe for use.

9. Changes to Terms

Crafty Cow Collective Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved through mediation or, failing that, legal proceedings within the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
